This Week is Finally Over!

 I'm so glad this week is over!

I don't think I could have handled one more day!

Mimi's decided to be done with farm work

permanently.

While I'm disappointed that she won't be making her cello money,

I admit that I'm glad to have my sitter,

and back up kid wrangler back.

'cause Babycakes doesn't care that mama is feeling

overwhelmed and tired.

Buddy's still going strong in the cornfields,

 Hubs is being amazing,

helpful, sweet, supportive.

I'm SO glad to have him here to back me up!

I took some time to grab each kid

one at a time,

and let them in on what was going on with me,

at their particular level of understanding,

since they all knew something was up.

I kept it light, and they took it well,

although I can tell Mimi is still  upset.

We'll chat as we go until she feels better about things.

And I feel better about things!
