While we were in the midst of The Big Wait for Babycakes,
I jokingly referred to his adoption as "our first adoption",
and said "Next time we adopt we'll....."
to which Hubs always replied (yelled) "This is our ONLY adoption!"
I had forgotten about that little bit of tease tonight.
So tonight I reminded Hubs of that bit of humor, and jokingly said
"and the NEXT, next time we adopt......"
And he said "That's NOT funny!"
