We showed our profile again this week, and, once again, we didn't get picked. I was a bit ambivalent about showing it in this particular situation, and felt nothing but relief when we didn't get picked, which is a strange feeling for me.

Then we had an opportunity to show to two other mamas, but we chose to say no to both. Neither was even close to what we were looking for, and the details were pretty murky about how things would work out legally in their home states, along with Texas' rules. As hard as it is to say no, I really feel like it was the right choice for us.
It looks like they won't have any new mamas for a while, so we're back to waiting!
And after our most recent roller coaster rides, I'm feeling nothing but relief about this waiting!

just heard a speaker talk about how we don't wait so much FOR god, we wait WITH him. praying for you to have that experience in the midst of the craziness of this ride.
