Kirill's Story

Kirill's story has touched my heart.  A little boy with Down syndrome in Russia, who has been deemed unadoptable, even though a family is desperately fighting to make him their son.  Why is he unadoptable?  Because he has Down syndrome.  Simply that.  Here's his story.
