Tonight as I was loading the dishwasher, Mac came to tell me about a cool sword he'd seen. This was his description:
"Like a big knife, like your bread cutter one, only without the bumps" . Waves his hands to show bumps.
"and bigger" Waves his arms some more.
"Like the ones the Egyptians used when they fought the cowboys!" Still waving.
I paused to ask "Who fought the cowboys?"
"The Egyptians!" Still waving.
I must have missed that part in our history curriculum.
