Neighbors

Our new house came

with  a wonderful gift.

The gift of neighbor kids!

Not only are there so, so many kids,

but kids Babycake's age

and kids FULL of adventure!

 Every afternoon is a block party

or bikes, scooters,

sprinklers and Popsicles.

 And as a bonus,

one family is also an adoptive family

with black kids,

so Babycakes fits right in!
