Hogwarts Fun and Food

My friend Mary wanted to host a Harry Potter party

but didn't have the space.

So we jumped at the chance to host

and had a blast!

 First up was the quiditch game.

 It was too hot for scarves, so they became belts.

 And our poor snitch got so worn out

she got caught too fast!

 Then we headed into the house for a feast,

and a game of Bertie Bott's Every Flavored Bean

roulette!

That's when you randomly pick a bean,

count down,

and pop it into your mouth,

just hoping you got a yummy one,

NOT an icky one!

 Last was potion's class

 It was messy fun!

This party was so much fun for the kids and the moms!

I'm sure hoping our new town

will have more opportunities for fun and friends

and goofy parties!
