Badges

After an especially exciting

 plumbing issue

exacerbated by an overenthusiastic helper,

Hubs and I were chatting

about how nice it would be

if grownups could,

like the boy scouts,

earn badges for things they'd accomplished.

All those household fixes,

car repairs,

parenting triumphs

would result in a new badge!

Install a toilet?  Earn a badge!

Change your first diaper?  Earn a badge!

We could even have sashes, or vests!

Think this could take off?
