Waiting

I'm not even sure how to describe

the current state of chaos that exists

with the possibility that we

maybe,

possibly,

if things line up right,

have a chance to adopt Baby J

(I REALLY need to think of a blog name for that baby!).

What's going on is so impossibly overwhelming,

that I'm delighted that there is

absolutely nothing

that we can do to impact the outcome

at all.

And that, strangely, feels quite peaceful!

Right now the decision is firmly in God's hands

and firmly out of ours,

but there is an end in sight,

and that's enough for us for now.
