Chef Buddy Presents!

After many requests...OK, only two, but he was really excited to do it, I present: Chef Buddy's Crash Potatoes!!! Last year my goal was that the two big kids should learn to cook a few things, and I let them choose what they wanted to learn.  Buddy chose the following:  potato pancakes, potato soup, baked potatoes, hash browns and mashed potatoes.  See a theme?  He loves potatoes so much his grandma bought him, as a gift, his own box of potatoes, hand delivered from Idaho!
