So, tonight, about a half hour after he was put to bed, my darling 4 year old son shouts out:
"Mom, I think my feet are nocturnal!"
How does a mom respond to that one?
Later, he patiently explains to me that nocturnal means sleep in the day. Apparently his feet were tired all day, and couldn't sleep tonight.

Too funny! Micah is lobbying for a hamster when we get home with Adria. He promises me he will sleep at night because he's not nocturnal, even though the hamster will be squeaking on it's wheel.
So cute!! Hope that his feet are able to catch up on their rest...

I love 4th grade words out of 4 year olds. And cutie little feet pictures are the best.
